stop the suicides

Please, if you or anyone you know is contemplating suicide due to the devastating effects chronic and permanent pain is having on your life, please think about this: You are not being told the truth about pain or about the cycle you have fallen into. This includes friends and family members of those in pain. Before you do anything drastic, seek more education and support from those who know the truth. Your pain is real, but the size of it and its impact on you is not. It can be controlled, manag… Continue

Dennis,

I watched your video. That is amazing. Thank you for sharing it here with us. I am inspired by your courage, determination and spirit.

May I ask you a question? What has been your experience in finding available treatment for individuals who have no insurance or other benefits and who have little or no income/resources with which to pay? I have found this to be a real problem for so many people. It seems that some states do a better job than others at providing for individuals. And in some states it seems there are many who "fall between the cracks".

Have you found this to be true? As you have experienced great loss yourself and have journeyed across the country, what have you discovered relating to this problem and do you have any thoughts or suggestions to share? Is there help for individuals who live in a state where Medicaid and public assistance is very limited?

I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Blessings,
Angela

Hi, Dennis.

Welcome to the network! I am interested to learn more about the work you are doing. However, the link to your website is inactive.

I am a life coach and nurse. Diagnosed five years ago with Fibromyalgia & Myofascial Pain Complex, I was faced with some very life-changing circumstances. I found myself in the cycle of being unable to work in the capacity I once had, and without health insurance coverage. So I quickly became very familiar with the challenges faced by those who deal with chronic pain and debilitating illness. Since that time, I have sought life coaching as a career through which I could reach out to others who are survivors of chronic illness and pain, as well.

Again, I am very interested in learning more about your work! Could you please share as much as possible here in this forum. And please let us know when your site is active again. Thanks a bunch!

May God bless you abundantly!

Angela
